Chris Bates Professional Wedding Photography is friendly, fun, relaxed and enjoyable. Contemporary and Reportage styles are available in all formats including full Colour, Sepia, Black and White and Black and White with Selective Colour replaced.

Platinum Packages
I arrive approximately 1 hour before the ceremony to provide full coverage of your wedding day and venue up to the wedding breakfast. Photographs include; The ceremony venue, the groom, best man and ushers before the wedding, guests arriving, the bride and bridal party's arrival, the car, horse & carriage etc if applicable, the ceremony, signing of the register, flowers, rings, dress detail, group shots, bridal party, bride and groom, detail shots of the wedding breakfast room and venue, mock cutting of the cake, details of the cake, entrance into the room or line up, coverage of all your guests at their tables and a portrait style photo of each member of the top table. Plus 100's of reportage shots and anything that catches my professional eye. With no limtation on numbers this package averages 350 to 650 images. Photographs of the bride getting ready at home or the venue are also included if time and distance allow.
Platinum Wedding Package with High Resolution images saved on disc and full copyright permission: £695
This package includes all your High Resolution photographs saved on DVD-R with full copyright permission to print and copy as you wish. High resolution images can print up to A0 (46"8' x 33"1') and can be viewed on most DVD players, downloaded to your PC or Apple Mac and printed via your home printer and at most high street and professional printing labs. 2 copies of your disc will be supplied so you can store one safely while using the other. Additional copies can be supplied at £20 each and include your photograph and details on the disc itself. There are no hidden extra's and the price also includes travel, meetings, postage and packaging of your discs.
Platinum Wedding Package with Low Resolution images and 30x 10"x8" Professional Colour or B&W Prints: £695
This package includes preview images in low resolution saved on DVD-R and 30x 10"x8" single image colour or B&W professional Prints. Multiple image pages and digitally enhanced artwork are available at an additional charge of £5 each There are no other hidden extra's and the price also includes travel, meetings, postage and packaging of your discs and prints.
Ultimate Platinum Wedding Package with High Resolution images, Prints and Parent Packages: £895
This package provides both the above Platinum packages with additional prints and high res discs for both sets of parents. All your High Resolution images are saved on disc with full copyright permission to print and copy as you wish. You will also receive 30x 10"x8" Professional Colour or B&W prints plus 20x 7"x5" colour or B&W prints for both sets of parents (40 total) and a copy of the high resolution images saved on disc for both sets of parents (2 total)

With no limtation on numbers this package averages 700 to over a 1,000 images and provides full coverage of your wedding day from start to finish. Photographs of the bride getting ready at home or the venue are also included if time and distance allow.

Prints:
Your high resolution discs allow you to print your own photographs but should you require something extra special, you have a choice of full Colour, Sepia, Black & White and Black and White with Selective Colour replaced. All my professional prints are produced in high gloss with Matt as a no cost option. Canvas, Acrylic, Metal and various other materials are available and priced on request. All artwork, multiple imagery and digital enhancement is produced by Chris Bates.

What's next ?
Please make an appointment to meet with Chris Bates in Leamington Spa where he will listen and advise and show you a range of his portfolio. There is no obligation at this point. Should you choose Chris Bates as your Wedding Photographer, simply fill out an order form and pay a £100 deposit to secure your date. Chris Bates will meet with you again approx 1 month prior to the Wedding date to re-fresh and finalise your Photography requirements or this can be done via email or telephone if you prefer. On the day of your Wedding, full coverage will be provided to your selected option and your high or low resolution discs will be posted to you asap, approximately 2 - 4 weeks during normal season and 2 - 6 peak. Should you require prints, Chris Bates will discuss layouts, sizes, digital enhancement etc, providing full advice. Wedding Albums purchased through Chris Bates will be delivered by hand or can be collected.
Booking and Payment Details:
A £100 deposit will secure your booking and the balance of your option is payable 1 month prior to the Wedding day. Photograph orders will be invoiced upon delivery. Due to the nature of advanced bookings, the deposit is non refundable. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or money transfer.
